Charley Jenkins, a Nashville Recording Artist, Finalist on NBC's Nashville Star and one of the Butch Cassidy Days favorites appeared at the arena on Tuesday night, July 29th for a concert. He is shown here with some of his biggest fans.
This year's Butch Cassidy Days / Piute County Fair held in Junction, Utah July 28 through August 2, was themed "Gettin' Down in a Hick Town", where folks can just be their good old country selves. An online vote for the biggest hick took place prior to the fair, with our own Wyatt Barnson named the official "Hick" of the fair. He was awarded a gift certificate from Burns Saddlery in Salina and served as the grand marshall for the parade.
